[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The beautiful knife came quicker than expected. When I opened the box the knife was more exquisite than the pics and the reviews. I can’t wait to use this soon.

Had two knives in mind. Gayle at Sur La Table was very informative. With his help I ended up buying thy Miyabi Beechwood and I love it. I love the feel of the handle in my hand. It’s a nice fit. If your on the fence because of price, just go for it, you won’t regret it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Knife has been dream knife for a long time and I finally have been able to use it for a few weeks now and the ease of which it cuts is impeccable. Perfectly balanced and the grip is the most comfortable for grip style.
