Beautiful knife. Tested it on a PT 50 A sharpness tester and came in at an average of 150g out of the box!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the knife. It's the perfect size and slices like a dream. It is higher maintenance than my other knives, but I hope that with proper care it will last for years. It's definitely been my go to knife.
