[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is beautifully crafted. Right out of the box it is sharp and ready to use. Nice and heavy in the hand, weight distribution is great. I use it left handed and have had no issues.

My wife surprised me for my birthday this year, and absolutely shocked me! It is even more beautiful in-hand. Looking forward to many wonderful meals with this knife.
