A great Japanese rocking santoku

This is a great Japanese knife. I really like the feel of the handle on this blade, it’s very comfortable and contours nicely. This blade has a nice lighter weight to it, but is very sharp. This is a great knife if you want to go from Western style knives to Asian, with the Evolution, it brings the two styles together, making it a much more durable Japanese knife. The rocking aspect of this santoku is great, really an all purpose knife that you can slice, chop and mince extremely well with and with the blade having the grantons, that really helps with food coming off your blade much easier.
I would recommend this to a friend!
