Already love this knife

Right out of the box this knife is sharp and ready to use. The handle and lack of bolster make pinch gripping or just holding by the handle super easy. I really appreciate that the edges on the spine of the blade are so nicely rounded. It makes using it so much more comfortable for long prep sessions. The hollows make the job easier also. While cutting some large porcini mushrooms there was some sticking to the side of the blade, but very minimal. I have only had the knife for a couple weeks and use it with wooden (not bamboo) cutting boards so I can’t say for certain how long the edge will be retained but no dulling yet!

More then just beautiful

This knife will be the first of my collection. Can’t wait to purchase more of the set. Not only is it high quality steel with an unbelievable sharpness, it has to be the most comfortable knife I have ever held in my hands. It has great control and has the add bonus of being beautiful.

The knife is one beautiful and two very sharp! The weight is very balanced and is easy to handle. The length is exactly what I was looking for and it also rocks very smoothly. This was a perfect upgrade

It’s incredible. It feels so good in your hand and has made me enjoy cooking again. It’s not cheap, but the quality is unmatched.
