[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been waiting to purchase a high quality knife and after reading other reviews online, I finally caved and purchased the 7 inch rocking santoku. It’s incredible. It feels so good in your hand and has made me enjoy cooking again. It’s not cheap, but the quality is unmatched.

This knife will be the first of my collection. Can’t wait to purchase more of the set. Not only is it high quality steel with an unbelievable sharpness, it has to be the most comfortable knife I have ever held in my hands. It has great control and has the add bonus of being beautiful.
