I use this knife for slicing large pieces of meat, carving turkeys and chicken. It’s very sharp and feels good to hold. I’ve had Four Star for 12+ years and they are still amazing.

This knife is our additional holiday slicer as we need several for Christmas Day. The blade is made from German Special Formula Steel, also forged from one piece of steel so durable for a lifetime. Its also ice hardened so blade will stay sharper for a longer period. The handle is comfortable and lightweight, a nice option compared to other heavy handle knives. Slicing through any meat is a dream with this knife.

This is an amazing knife that is extremely sharp, light weight and comfortable. The thin blade slices through roasts, turkey and ham like a dream. The molded handle is very comfortable and has a great "grip". Gotta love a forged German knife!

This long, thin, flexible yet sturdy blade will make light work of all your slicing and carving! The forged bolster provides a strong feel and the Four Star molded handle is comfortable and a provides a non slip grip. This knife might not be your most used but when you need it it's nice to have the right tool for the job. Don't forget to use it for fajita meat and even birthday cake as well as all your roasts.

Makes sense that Four Star are best-sellers! They are one of my favorite knives to use, due to the sharpness and durability and comfort of handle. I know these last a long time, as I have had a few for many years. They stay sharp and do not rust or chip.

This Professional "S" 10 inch slicing knife is really awesome at slicing/carving for your turkey or chicken. It has a fully forged construction, so it is super durable and boasts a very sharp blade. Additionally, the bolster protects your fingers in the process.
