Great alternative slicer knife

This slicer knife will slice your meat, fish or veggies beautifully. The special formula stainless steel of the Four Star will have lasting durability and sharpness, so you never worry about the blade having difficulty slicing through your food. A great alternative to the 7” Filet knife, this blade being flexible and longer will provide minimal slices for cutting through meat and fish.

Try a bigger slice of life with this awesome Four Star slicing knife. The handle is extremely comfortable to grip while the sharp German steel blade will make slicing effortless.

I love the longer blade of this slicing knife and if fits nicely into my hand, so I have a superior grip when slicing meats and fish. Because of the flexibility in this knife you can get right next the bone and it bends a bit to make a clean slice. I prefer this to a fillet knife and use this frequently

No wonder this a worldwide leading brand. Smooth contour handle is very comfortable to hold. the blade is super sharp, sturdy and well balanced.
this is an excellent knife for carving pristine slices of meats and poultry. I also use this knife for carving watermelon slices.

This Four Star 10" carving knife is comfortable, and just the right size. This carving knife size will cut and slice large roast beef, pork tenderloins, brisket corned beef, and many more delicious food! it is slightly thin and flexible blade, it sharp and durable.
Comfortable, balanced size will quickly become the go-to knife for daily tasks. This knife will slice through large chunk of meat, vegetables, and even delicate big piece of fruits like Cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon, squash and etc.

Four Star in a long flexible knife ideal for thinly slicing meat and fish. Molded handle and German forged bolster allow you to comfortably control the blade.

Excellent slicing knife with just enough flex to go around bones or cut with a slight curve. The 10" length is perfect for slicing briskets, roasts and turkey. Four Star II has a really nice feeling handle. Is easy to grip even when wet and works with smaller hands. Premium German Steel, made in Germany, ice hardened to hold an edge longer these knives are ready to take on the toughest challenges in the kitchen.
