[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is so much to love about this knife. It is compact and very easy to handle. The tip of the blade maneuvers easily without becoming dull. It is very easy to sharpen and is compact enough to carry with you if you want to use it for something like a picnic. It is purchased at a reasonable price point for such a spectacular knife. The knife is also well balanced and the user needs very little to effort. It is a wonderful addition to any kitchen.

Very sharp knife with comfortable handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this knife about a month ago and it is still very sharp with minimal maintenance. I find myself using this one as opposed to the rocking santoku for most jobs because I feel that I have more control with the smaller blade. The handle is very comfortable. Definitely very happy with this knife and would buy again.

Love the knife, handle is different
