The One Knife I Always Reach For

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had an exact duplicate of this particular Henckels 6" Chef's knife since 1989 and l love it, which is why I purchased another one. It has perfect balance, a comfortable grip, and maintains a sharp edge. The thinner edge allows it to cut thru anything much easier.

The 6" chef has been a great size for my kids as they venture into cooking. It's not as large in their hands as the 8" chef or as intimidating. This one knife allows them to do almost anything. Good quality, a knife they will eventually move with them when they have their own kitchens.

Valuable kitchen tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted a 6” chef knife to add to my knife collection. My 10” and 8” chef knives are both very useful but having a 6” has allowed me more to have an everyday knife to use for preparing vegetables to go into salads. I live alone and cook for one most of the time so the smaller knife fills the bill. I have never owned the Henkel brand before but I’m enjoying it so far.
