I have had this knife for many years and it's been great. The handle is cracked and I cannot find anyway to replace it. I believe its plastic or something similar. Any suggestions would be great.
Well not the same knife as the one I had recently for years! Didn’t realize there not made in Germany any longer!! That sucks and you can tell from the blade, lil to light and thin for my liking.. I’ll keep it and use it but not the same as before unfortunately!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 6" chef knife is THE best ever. Easy to handle, not too long, good grip. Best size and great brand
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We inherited this exact knife over 10 years ago. It was our go to knife for everything from cutting potatoes to trimming brisket. Unfortunately the handle separated and one half fell off. We still used it duct taped but recently found an identical one which we purchased.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this as a Christmas present and I am LOVING it, very sharp and easy to handle. Cleans well, feels well, and the online instructions for care and maintenance are top tier.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got the Classic Forged 6” Chefs knife. I have not used Henckels before. So far so good! I am replacing a Wustoff knive that’s handle cracked. Hoping it holds up long term.
