Great Chef's Knife for Starters

This is my first Chef's Knife and I have been using it to cut all sorts of things from veggies to meats and even just to open bags. The size of the knife feels just right and not too big for me. This is absolutely perfect for small apartments or anyone who cooks in a small kitchen. The knife came really sharp and beautiful, in my opinion.

I had this knife 12 years when it finally gave out (broken handle). I was thrilled to find it available online. I purchased it and a Twin sharpener to keep the blade sharp and the angle right and I couldn’t be happier. This is my go to knife for everything!!

Love this Size

Being a small stature person, I found traditional chef knives to feel uncomfortable in my hand. This 6' chef knife is perfect for all the kitchen tasks I do. Made in Spain of German steel, this knife has kept a sharp edge for months. Comfortable handle, bolster style allow for a professional chef result.
