Also, I am left-handed and am grateful that this knife is sharp on both sides of the blade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over all the knife is a champ. As mentioned it’s well balanced and light, but has enough heft for when you need it. I was disappointed there wasn’t a case/stand for it, though it’s inspiring me to put up a magnetic knife holder

Nixing dull knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nothing like having a very sharp knife to make your cutting easier. This 6 inch chef knife replaces a 5 inch knife that I had for the past five years. Looking forward for this knife to last much longer than my previous. Nicely balanced.

The One Knife I Always Reach For

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had an exact duplicate of this particular Henckels 6" Chef's knife since 1989 and l love it, which is why I purchased another one. It has perfect balance, a comfortable grip, and maintains a sharp edge. The thinner edge allows it to cut thru anything much easier.
