Seems great, had to sharpen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very sharp but there was a small burr/ding in the edge of the blade. Bummer because I was excited to start using it right away since it was gift. I had to sharpen the knife to get it out, but after that it was great. Comfortable hold and smooth cut.

All in all, a great primary knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We inherited this exact knife over 10 years ago. It was our go to knife for everything from cutting potatoes to trimming brisket. Unfortunately the handle separated and one half fell off. We still used it duct taped but recently found an identical one which we purchased.

This is a great value for a chef knife. It is made with quality stainless steel and will handle most cutting jobs in your kitchen. I like that the bolster protects my fingers, the handle is very comfortable, and the knife is sharp and ready to go! Also, love that this knife is made in Spain.
