Great small chef

This is a great knife if you still want a big blade but not too big. The Classic is a really solid knife, with the German stainless steel it is durable and retains its sharpness after many uses. The handle is really nice on it, and I like that it has a full bolster to give me extra security for my fingers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is the perfect knife for my smaller hands. It is nicely weighted and very sharp. It cuts tomatoes with ease. It is going to be my goto knife for most of my cooking needs.

Perfectly sized knife for small hands

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love that this line has the 6-inch chef’s knife. It’s always great to have the big 8-inch knife for large items, but for short people with small hands, it’s way easier to stand at a counter and have a small option. Plus the knifes are wonderfully made, very sharp and strong. Would highly recommend this model and especially this 6-inch knife!

The Classic knife line is well Classic.
Well balanced, 3 rivet handled with a full bolster this is a great knife to have in your kitchen.
Made from German steel in Spain this is a great knife for the value.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My daughter loves the 6" knife. It's perfect size for her to use and practice with.
I like the blade shape and the classic handle. Good value. Great knife for young cooks to start with!

Love Henckels Knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Neither my husband or myself are professional chefs, but we cook daily for our family and entertain frequently. I bought my husband his first Henckels knife 15 years ago, 10” classic chefs
knife and we still use it daily. It has held up beautifully through the years, never an issue or problem. Handle is still as strong and the knife just as sturdy as the first time he used it. He sharpens by hand before each use. Recently purchased the 6” chefs knife and expect the same life! Wouldn’t use any other knives to prepare food in our kitchen and have recently bought our son his first Hanckels knife! Top notch!
