Nice paring knife for the price. Handle has a slight texture so it feels secure in the hands. Use this for peeling apples and citrus fruits along with coring strawberries and taking eyes out of potatoes and pineapples.

Great paring knife. Lightweight, comfortable and very sharp. Great for peeling fruit or slicing strawberries. Easy to use in your hand, the stainless steel handle looks nice and is not slippery. Great value.

This is one of my most used knives in the kitchen. I have to have a paring knife within reach whenever I am in the kitchen. It can take on 100's of tasks and make quick work of peeling fruit or vegetables. The ergonomic handle is comfortable and in your hand and creates fatigue-free peeling. A must have in your knife collection!
