One of my favorite little paring knives. I love the full stainless steel appearance of this knife and the handle is sandblasted so it has a great non slip feel. It cleans up so nicely because it is all metal. It has a nice sharp edge and fits comfortably in my hand in the peeling position.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A great paring knife

The name really speaks for itself, I love how modern of a look it is. I was looking for something with this aesthetic and it’s perfect. It’s a great forged German stainless steel paring knife, a blade shape you can use for peeling small produce. The textured handle contours nicely to my hand and has a good weight to it as well.

This 4 inch pairing knife has a fully forged bolster which helps increase durability. It is great for small kitchen jobs- slicing, peeling, etc. The handle is very comfortable and the blade is sharp, while boasting a beautiful modern look. Great value!

Really like this 4" Modernist paring knife. Lightweight, comfortable and very sharp. Perfect for peeling most fruits. Easy to use & the stainless steel handle looks nice and is not slippery. Very Good value for a well made knife.

This knife collection is made in three pieces and welded together. It has a pretty and modern appearance, with some texture on the handle to help reduce slippage. It does have a nice balanced weight.

A sleek and modern paring knife for a great price! Forged German stainless steel that you will use for all those small tasks - peeling apples and pears, cutting blemishes from potatoes and using for garlic and ginger. Lightweight and easy to hold with a nice curved handle. Dishwasher safe, too!

Zwilling has variety of International selections to choose from, this Modernist is one of my favorite. Excellent paring knife size for peeling fruits and vegetables. Very sharp, durable and fits well in my hand for its D-shaped handle. This knife is manufactured with high-quality satin stainless steel.
