Great value on this paring knife, which is one of the most used knives in my kitchen. It is weighted nicely and feels good in your hand, which is very important. Sharp and durable, this will take care of all you paring needs.

This is a handy little knife to have on hand. Never needs sharpening, comfortable grip and does a great job peeling apples and potatoes!

This paring knife is very user friendly. The handle is very comfortable to hold. The blade is very durable and never needs to be sharpened. I use it for peeling and I get great results.

The micro-serrations really help cutting bread and other things. But the knife sticks when cutting apples, probably due to the thickness of the blade. Very disappointing because otherwise it has a nice feel.

This little knife is SHARP and super quality!!! I bought a set and somehow lost this one so it’s a replacement. Just to beware it is serrated so don’t expected the same cut as a non-serrated knife. I personally prefer the serrated knives that’s why I have this whole set.
The shipping to get it was super fast and this was just before Christmas. 5 stars all the way

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used the silver cap knife block set for more than ten years and just replaced the paring knife. I couldn’t make dinner without it, comfortable to hold, easy to clean and it slices great!
