Feels good in the hand

Above all, a paring knife has to feel good in your hand. And this one fits a wide range of hand sizes. The good sized grip is graceful and arched to fit snugly without causing cramping.
Silvercap knives are micro-serrated so they will stay sharp for years to come. No extra maintenance necessary. These knives are stamped from high quality German steel; a stainless steel that won’t stain, and doesn’t require special care. Just use, wash, dry and repeat. The full tang construction, meaning that there is a single piece of steel from the tip of the blade to the end of the handle, is stable and durable. . These are good quality knives at an affordable price.

The microserrated blade is the perfect maintenance free parer; no honing required. Perfect for removing bad spots from fruits and vegetables and any other "in hand" tasks. The long molded handle is comfortable and stays relatively slip resistant even when wet.

A perfect little paring knife for picnics, cookouts, concerts and camping. You will use this endlessly for so many of your small tasks - peeling, slicing and cutting out blemishes or for those radish garnishes. It has a nice, curved handle so gives a good grip and super comfortable. It might be a value knife and brand, although it cuts like a better-quality knife.

I ordered 2 of these knives for our camping box. They are made from German steel so super durable. They have taken a beating but are still in perfect shape.
The handle is comfortable so easy to grip even on tough jobs.
