The Twin Signature series has one of the most comfortable handles you can find on a knife. The curved design fits nicely into your hand for a good grip while cutting. This Santoku has the hollow edges which help the vegetables release instead of clinging to your blade as you cut.

Nice knife at a great value,this santoku is a great profile for chopping veggies and larger piles of food for mincing. The flat edge gives more cutting surface and the the little "dimples" help food slide off easily

This lightweight santoku is perfect for someone who wants a lighter weight German knife. It is super sharp and has a very comfortable handle. I bought this for my grandmother and she loves it!

Great for cutting vegetables

I love using this knife to cut up all the vegetables I need to because the ovals on the sides of the blade make it so that the vegetables come off the blade instead of staying on and falling off. I love the weight of this knife because it isn't super heavy so I can cut a lot without getting tired. The handle also makes it comfortable to use because of the curves feel like they are molded to my hand.

Crisp Cuts..

Single piece of hardened steel makes the blade tough and stain proof..not to mention the sharpness. Hollow edge to reduce food sticking to blade and a long lasting handle as well.

Love the way this knife chops veggies. Sharper than the German knives I have, and considerably lighter. Love the hollow edge which helps prevent sticking to the blade. Will be purchasing the 5.5 inch for smaller jobs. I'm now a huge fan of this style knife!

Great Veggie and Fruit Knife

A Santoku knife is essential for cooks who chop and dice lots of veggies and fruits. The air pockets on the blade keep the product from stacking up on the blade...fruit and veggies slide off smoothly. This is a German made knife so you can expect a lifetime of use from it. Light weight and has a comfortable handle.

I was looking for an all around knife that wasnt to heavy. This ne is great. The blade is super sharp. The German ice hardened steel and construction really make a difference. The knife is very sharp. The thinness of the blade gives me nice straight thin slices. The handle is very comfortable and is nice and light. I hate bulky knives.
