[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this Santoku. My previous knife set was becoming dull and outdated so I decided to buy a zwilling twin set and purchased this santoku separately and it’s so easy to use!

A Most Versatile Knife

I love the precision with which this 7" Santoku Hollow Edge knife cuts! I have been using my daughter's knife for several years. When she moved out, I just had to order the exact same one for myself. I love it for slicing, dicing, and chopping vegetables. It's perfect!

This is a super lightweight 7” Santoku that holds an edge like a samurai sword. Second one I’ve purchased. I cook a lot. I didnt need to sharpen the first one for almost a year. Second one is for my best friend. He just told me it’s an amazing piece of cutlery. Hoping he pays the wife and i back with some Brisket :)

Use this lightweight santoku blade for all of your mincing and chopping tasks. The innovative hollow edge divets will help guide food up and off the blade so it never gets in the way of your prep work.

Love the curved handle, really comfortable. The santoku blade is super sharp. The dimples help prevent food from sticking to the blade. It's not too heavy for an older gal like lme. This one knife does it all.

Grandma insist German knives are the absolute best. Twin Signature is her first choice. This santoku has an extremely comfortable handle, perfect weight, and the edge angle has her chopping with ease.

Great premium stamped santoku

This is a really premium stamped Santoku. The steel is really durable for a stamped knife since the high carbon stainless steel was ice hardened, helping give the knife a longer and sharper edge than most stamped blades. I like how the indentions help release food off the blade. The handle really contours nicely in my hand as well.
