Grandma insist German knives are the absolute best. Twin Signature is her first choice. This santoku has an extremely comfortable handle, perfect weight, and the edge angle has her chopping with ease.

Great premium stamped santoku

This is a really premium stamped Santoku. The steel is really durable for a stamped knife since the high carbon stainless steel was ice hardened, helping give the knife a longer and sharper edge than most stamped blades. I like how the indentions help release food off the blade. The handle really contours nicely in my hand as well.

Nice Blade

this is a super sharp, light weight blade. My daughter likes to use it because it's a bit smaller ( 7") perfect fit for a smaller hand and yet the handle is sturdy enough and comfortable with the contour shape. Nice Blade!!

Best for cutting vegetable!

A good size for cutting vegetable and fruits. Hollow edge creates barrier between the food and the blade to separate them apart. It is a light knife but yet so sharp for every cuttin needs.

Light Weight But Tough

This knife is lighter in weight than most - perfect for anyone who has wrist problems. Made from German steel, it cuts and slices well. The handle fits well in any hand.

Even though this Santoku is stamped and not forged, it has kept its sharpness and edge since I bought it about 9 mo. ago, so no loss of quality of knife or edge. Good for everyday use.
