Light weight razor sharp knife for everyday use

I have recently purchased this Zwilling Santoku Knife, and it has quickly become one of my most-used knives in the kitchen. This knife is significantly lighter, the first thing I noticed, which is fantastic for marathon prep sessions without causing hand fatigue. It handles slicing, dicing, and mincing with incredible ease. It glides through tomatoes rather than squishing them making precise cuts. The handle also gives a good grip and balance while cutting
