[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my go to knife and doesn’t bother my fingers and wrist when using it for longer periods of time. Love the handle and the edge which makes it really easy for me to hold and cut the food.

Comfortable and precise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Santago knife it slices like a dream the handle fits comfortably in my hand and it’s not too heavy since I got the hollow handle. It’s also fabulously sharp and slicing is a breeze and I don’t know if for some reason the little debits make it easy to get vegetables and things off of the knife without sticking.

Purchased one recently, but my inspiration was my mom’s santoku. It has lasted for several years and has still maintained its sharpness.
