Hack a chicken like a pro! I enjoy the weight and the sureness of using this cleaver. Heavily weighted toward the blade, comes down on chicken bones with a good whack. If you breakdown a whole chicken frequently or occasionally, this is a great knife to have.

Just the tool for cutting through bones and tendons. Easily break down a chicken or slab of ribs. Comes in handy for cutting hard butternut squash and smashing garlic. Molded handle and bolster for secure grip and control.

This cleaver is heavy duty! It will cut through any bone you want it to.
The molded handle feels very secure in your hand even when wet and the German ice-hardened steel resists chipping and stays super sharp.

Perfect size Meat Cleaver for cutting up a whole chicken.. Didn't think I use it as often, but happy I added it to my Four Star Knife Sets.

Nice to have a 6" cleaver to use instead of a larger one! This one feels just right in my hand and makes it easy to maneuver for chicken, melons or even squash! It cuts right through bones and tendons. Made from German steel with the ice-hardening process, so stays sharp, durable and rust and corrosion free. Super comfortable handle!

I enjoy having the right tools for the kitchen job so I'm glad I have my cleaver for those times I want to cut up a chicken or chop larger cuts of meat. It also has come in handy for melons and harder vegetables like squash. Because it is forged it feel sturdy using it for these hefty cutting tasks. Like all Four Star knives this one will retain its sharp edge longer than other knives due to the high quality steel.
