[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleaver is heavy and sharp. The size cleaver is about right. It is not suitable for chopping veggies. And it is difficult to remove the black stains on the edge of the blade.

Whether it be breaking down whole chickens or beef prep in separating joints this is the best and only option. Combine it with the 10” serrated carving knife and your life just got a while lot easier.
