Great knife, strange indent on blade though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful knife. So handsome, but also lightweight and am incredible blade. Handles so beautifully. There is a small indent, however, on both sides of the blade near the tip. I don’t know if this is part of the manufacture process, but it doesn’t seem to affect the knife itself.

A beautiful knife made for the kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got the knife, I was amazed by the craftsmanship. The blade was sharp, grip was comfortable, and the wave design along the blade was beautiful. Sharpness holds very well. Would highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing craftsmanship, this 8' chef's knife is has a good weight on the handle and it cuts with ease. Been looking for something like this for a while now. For someone like me who cooks daily at home it's nice to have a knife that's reliable and comfortable.

This knife is also well balanced and feels great in the hand. I would recommend this one to any one of my fellow chefs.
