[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing craftsmanship, this 8' chef's knife is has a good weight on the handle and it cuts with ease. Been looking for something like this for a while now. For someone like me who cooks daily at home it's nice to have a knife that's reliable and comfortable.

This knife is also well balanced and feels great in the hand. I would recommend this one to any one of my fellow chefs.

Excellent knife!

Just got the knife today and couldn't wait to get it out of the box! It cuts everything with such ease and the handle design makes for a good grip making it a joy to hold.
