Best Knife EVER!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a Christmas gift and it is the best surprise gift I have ever received. I am left handed and this is the first knife I have ever had that fits perfectly in my left hand. It was like the knife was made for my hand.

I had to learn how to use it a bit differently in my grip, as I was used to European style handles exclusively, but now that I'm a bit experienced with it I absolutely love it. I find it my go-to knife as the thinner blade works so well on all the veggies we do in our kitchen.

Amazing knife and insane sharpness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Zwilling store near me was going out of business and I heard about them so I had to give it a shot. This knife is insane! Well worth the money and cuts a steak better than a normal knife cuts warm butter!

This is my favorite knife I’ve ever owned. I’ve owned 3 chef’s knives of various price points since jumping into the cooking world. This is by far my favorite. It fits my hands well (finally, I found one!), it cuts well, and it looks beautiful. I buy chef’s knives with the intention of them being a lifelong investment, and I think I’ve found the one that works for me.

Great knife, strange indent on blade though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful knife. So handsome, but also lightweight and am incredible blade. Handles so beautifully. There is a small indent, however, on both sides of the blade near the tip. I don’t know if this is part of the manufacture process, but it doesn’t seem to affect the knife itself.
