Beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is sharp! Both functionally and aesthetically. The handle is comfortable and easy to hold. Chopping and slicing both are a nice experience. The overall knife are weighted well and balanced just behind the bolster, well within my grip. I have probably an average or below average hand size and the handle feels appropriate and proportional. A larger hand still would have plenty of room.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing and beautiful knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautifully made chef’s knife, feels light and balanced in your hand. The handle could take some time getting used to since it’s not symmetrical. My usual grip results in the blade being not vertical.

A Seriously Sharp Knife

Overall balance is great too. This knife was extremely sharp right out of the box. After first use I could easily tell the difference between this knife and my other chef knife.
