When art meets function!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m always searching for the next knife. I have rather large hands and it’s difficult to find a knife that fits my hand without a compromise on weight. the Meji 8in chefs knife is in my opinion is in the master class of knives. I love this knife! It glides rather than cuts!
While I think this knife is near perfection, I think it is important to mention that this knife is rather large, has a d-shape handle, and is pricey.
Despite the concerns above, if you are looking for a knife that will easily become a loved piece of art and functionality in your household, look no further. This knife is everything I expected and more!

Great chefs knife

The sharpness of the blade is almost scary but the knife has a great weight and feel in hand. Wish it came with a couple of recommendations for knife shield or stand but looking into scavenging the website for one now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is sharp! Both functionally and aesthetically. The handle is comfortable and easy to hold. Chopping and slicing both are a nice experience. The overall knife are weighted well and balanced just behind the bolster, well within my grip. I have probably an average or below average hand size and the handle feels appropriate and proportional. A larger hand still would have plenty of room.
