Precision Cutting

This knife fits perfectly in my hand and has such a sharp blade I can precisely cut thin slices of beef and veggies when needed. Nothing sticks to the blade thanks to the Damascus design. I was happy to see the choice of steel used for this knife...it is resistant to chipping, a common problem with thin bladed Japanese knives. I've been using this knife over a year and it's my go to for daily chopping, slicing and dicing chores.

a design gem

I was first drawn to the design of the knife. I was not expecting it also to be so comfortable. The modern "D" design of the handle fits perfectly in my hand. The blade is super sharp and the pattern on the blade take it to the next level. I like the Kramer design elements including the handle pin. This is not your regular Japanese cutlery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife lives up to the krafts men name Jramer. It’s a very precise knife that doesn’t have the weight or even need it for a continue with use of it. Highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a precise knife without the weight behind it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really great knife! The damascus pattern on the blade is more subtle than in online pictures, which i like. The pakka wood handle feels like it would last a very longtime. Came very sharp out of the box, i could push cut through paper easily. Well balanced, and perfect weight in hand.

East meets West perfection

This knife is made for a right-handed user with the asymmetrical design of the handle. The Bob Kramer shaped heel of the blade is both comfortable and practical. This knife absolutely stuns dinner guests with it's beauty and is wonderful to use!
