I've never had the pleasure to hold, handle, or use such a beautiful, balanced Chef's knife. It is as if the blade grips what it is slicing into. The handle is incredibly comfortable and makes prep work a breeze.

This knife is the most stunning one in my whole collection. My wife gave this to me as a early birthday present and I can't be happier with it. The expert craftsmanship that is used in the collaboration between Kramer and Zwilling is something that I don't think I've ever seen anything like before. Amazing product!

Outstanding knife. Extremely sharp out of the box with excellent edge retention and balance. The handle feels comfortable during long prep shifts, and the blade has enough weight for smooth rock chopping while still being precise. Beautiful finish and very solid craftsmanship. Performs great in a professional kitchen environment. Definitely a premium workhorse knife worth the investment.

the weight and handle has great balance with a very sharp edge. steel holds the edge nicely and can use it for multiple purposes. the knife feels very comfortable even after multiple hours of production.

I have never owned a knife like this before. The striking Damascus steel and distinctive silhouette create a breathtaking aesthetic that commands attention. It is perfectly balanced and it feels like a natural extension of my arm. Every slice is effortlessly smooth. This knife is a functional work of art.
