The perfect Chef Knife

This knife has been the Rockstar of my collection. The large tall blade makes it perfect for processing large quantities of ingredients. The knife itself is gorgeous, both the blade and handle are very ergonomic. The spine of the blade is round to help with callous.

I have been using my previous zwilling chef knife for over 10 years and was looking to upgrade and treat myself. This knife did exactly that. Its both beautiful and versatile. I have longer fingers which the handle perfectly fits with its d-shape. The edge holds well with good maintenance, but not as finicky as most Japanese knifes. VERY happy with this one

I love this knife because I can do pretty much anything with it and I like that it’s not heavy and and tiring to hold as I cook a lot from scratch and do a lot of chopping.
