I have owned this knife now for years, I am a Chef by trade and I love this knife. Handle fits my hand perfectly, it is beautiful to look at, cuts like a dream, and holds an edge like a champ.

Huge upgrade

First time purchasing a hundred dollars kitchen knife, and I'm pretty satisfy with the quality and aesthetics of it. I'd say it's a huge upgrade for me. It's such a pleasure when I use it to cut all sorts of stuff in the kitchen: bagel, veggies, meat, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best knife I own. The balance and design is perfect for all types of knife work. This appears to be designed for someone who does extensive chopping, slicing, and dicing, but the blade is sharp enough to filet a fish. The handle may be a personal preference but I hold the knife closer to the blade. For every day or home cooks this exact handle may not be preferable. 5 out of 5 though from a private caterer.
