[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful, comfortable, and sharp! Push cut paper out of the box. Notably, the knife is all high polish/gloss steel and not white and black Damascus as many pictures appear. Sweet knife.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Bob Kramer Meiji 8 chef knife as a gift after using my friends knife and falling in love with it. Cooking with it is another totally different experience and must be experienced hands on.

Best knife I own

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, the first thing you notice about this knife is the craftsmanship. The etched pattern on the blade. The transition from the blade to the handle flows well with the angle cut that feels great in the hand. The beauty of the knife makes you wanna frame it, not use it. It's well balanced and cuts through things like butter. Best knife I've ever owned.
