Stunning design and precision

The blade is razor sharp out of the box with a lively and nimble edge. I would feel confident using this knife in a professional setting with the durability of the stainless steel and pakka wood handle.

Worth the investment

While it looks heavy, it's extremely well balanced and holds up to every task I've subjected it to, cutting like a dream.
Not to mention, the craftsmanship is phenomenal, and the knife looks beautiful displayed in the kitchen. Not one you would want to keep tucked away and hidden in the drawer!
