Cuts sweet potatoes like butter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s fits my right hand perfectly but I am left handed and yet it fits well in my left hand. It cut effortlessly through a hard sweet potato actually easier than my Victornox Maitre 8” chef knife. I am a woodworker and appreciate the fit and finish of the handle and blade.
I recommended getting this knife to eight of my friends who cook. They have to see if they can can get it past their domestic congress I guess.
Now I will have to make a new knife block that will further facilitate carbon steel blades from holding moisture.
