I love the cooking area of the pan and the lid. I don’t like the handle feel due to the dip in the top of the handle. I prefer the larger rounded handle of the Energy Plus line of pans, but they don’t make this pan in that line.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great upgrade from what I was using. It might take just slightly longer to heat up. Once at temp it holds and evenly distributes the heat. Very easy cleaning. Looks nice as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan got great reviews from Flavcity and online. I am replacing a Teflon Technique pan with the same dimensions. I am hoping that the non-stick properties are just as good without the PFOAS.
