Nice size for dinner for two or a side dish for a family dinner. Pan can be used for frying, sauteing or even for braising. The sides are nice and high, great for holding liquid. . Stainless steel surrounds an aluminum core that heats up quickly and evenly. The ceramic coating is completely chemical free and lasts 50% longer than Zwilling’s previous ceramic nonstick. Lid is tight fitting and can with stand the same temperatures as the pan, 400F.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this pan as part of a larger set for just over a year now. My lid had a defect so I called customer service. They went above and beyond to correct the situation! Not only did they send out a new lid, they also sent the pan! (Stated together they were “a unit”.) If I hadn’t already loved the set, I probably wouldn’t have even bothered calling them, but I absolutely DO love my pots and pans! Their customer service just made me a loyal customer for life!

My handy dandy helper! The great saute pan!

Cooking is better with the new Zwilling clad CFX, features Ceraforce XTREME ceramic nonstick. It is more durable than any other ceramic nonstick coating, possesses equal heat retention and distribution.
This 3qt. Saute pan works great for all my cooking needs, it's easier to cook with for its extreme ceraforce ceramic nonstick and is extremely better, meets more than my expectations. It is exceptional sauteing and browning pan for meat, vegetables and fish. This pan works too for frying fish and braising.
One of the coolest thing about this new Zwilling pot features no-spill/dripless pouring, has handy dandy built-in strainer and comfortable handles that allow for easy maneuvering and roomy stay cool handle.
I've had variety of stainless steel nonstick ceramic coated pans, now I owned this new revolutionary CFX nonstick, is the new favorite in my kitchen. Performs great for my gas stove, oven safe up to 400F degree, great for broiling, and does works for every stove top. Flipping, turning, frying, sauteing is so easy and even cleaning is a breeze.
Safe to use with metal utensils, 10x more scratch resistant and more durable however wood and silicone tip spatula and spoon is recommended.

A great saute pan!

This is a great saute pan. An upgraded version of the Spirit collection, the Zwilling Clad CFX has a much more durable ceramic nonstick that will last much longer and is more durable. I use this a lot for one pan dinner recipes, sauteing veggies, and pan-searing foods. The tri-ply construction of this saute pan is really well made, it’s not going to be prone to warping or having hot spots in the pan. It heats up really well and retains the heat. I like the functionality of the Clad CFX, it’s combining the best of both stainless and nonstick cookware: durability, heat retention, healthy cooking and easy cleaning.

Once you go with Clad CFX, you won't want to go back. This amazing nonstick saute pan has changed the way I cook and clean for the better. The stainless steel exterior and aluminum core construction is a great heat distributor and retainer to evenly cook meals. On the inside, the incredible nonstick surface easily releases food for serving and clean up. I've never been more excited to clean a pan, all because of this outstanding nonstick!

A great saute pan. Brown, braise, saute, fry and serve. Good size. The handle is comfortable and stays cool. The lid is glass so you can keep an eye on what's going on inside. The non-stick is slick and performs so well. Washes up easily!

Awesome ceramic non-stick saute pan. Heats up quickly and evenly. Perfect for sauteing, braising, searing, and frying. Glass lid lets you keep an eye on contents. Easy clean up.
