Excellent Non-Stick Pans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The clad CFX pan is the workhorse of my set. Most meals cooked on my induction cooktop end up in the 3 quart Saute pan. Not only is it great with the induction top, cleaning is a breeze with the ceramic coating. Just let the pan cool down and soapy water clears the mess away! Love these pans!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me get straight to the point, everyone uses dishwashers in the US and we all know how convenient the dishwasher is. The problem is, dishwasher detergent actually corrodes many types of material including hard-anodized aluminum. These cookwares will eventually melt over time sooner or later. I was looking for something that can withstand the corrosion and must have a non-stick surface, so now you see where the Clad CFX series play in this role. Combining stainless steel body and ceramic non-stick cooking surface to create a perfect cookware.
