The name says it all, this guy is perfect for your bouillabaisse or any other similar recipes! The cute fish knob is not only a durable handle to lift with but it's also so impressive and unique! When you lift the lid, the signature Staub self-basting spikes are revealed and the pre-seasoned, enameled cast iron will retain the desired heat for your bouillabaisse.

A Keeper

Decorative fish knob combined with multi purpose use of this pot make it a keeper. In addition to bouillabaisse, this piece is perfect for braising and sauteing. Depth makes it ideal for casseroles as well. Like all Staub items, it goes from table or oven to table for serving.

Best Cioppino Pot

Our family loves cioppino and I have found the perfect pan. We can add all the shellfish we would like and it cooks evenly. This pans retains heat like no other so no problem putting in cold item into hot pan, the temp remains the same. You can use it for anything not just bouillabaisse.

A striking cast iron design topped w/ a fish knob!

Recently, I had a customer who instantly fell in love with these exact item 5-qt Bouillabaisse Pot. She said, she bought a 4qt. last holiday and can't believe how great her dish turns out. And this is why she came back again to add more Staub collections. She grabbed a fish plate I suggested and a 7qt. cocotte in grenadine color.
The innovative lid features tiny spikes on the interior that continually release condensed liquid back onto the food, yielding moist, flavorful results.

I bought this for my fish stews and mussels, but am using it for so much more! Cooks evenly with a lot of room for family meals. I love the top fish knob, too and bought one more so I can switch them out! Fun pot to leave on the stove-top.
