Staub cocotte in truffle

I love my Staub cast iron cocotte! The size is great for soups, cooking veggies and sauces. We also use it for baked Brie with honey. It not only looks beautiful, but works so well. It is a quality piece.

This is my first staub. I did a lot of research selecting this pot. One of the reviews that I saw had all the premium brands and some cheaper brands solve did come out on top. So I bought it. I've already made beef bourguignon and it came out great.

Coating was not good

Coating is the issue. After only few month of use, it became to peel off
