Great Knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the knives for a few weeks. Coming from Farberware... night and day difference. Slices through chicken breasts amazing, onions, steak, anything. These things are sharp. Hopefully the self sharpening stays true to its intent. So far seems like a good design. Well made and quality. I recommend the product.

Best knives I’d had in a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The care instructions are super clear and super easy. It’s been a while since I’ve had good knives and I almost immediately chopped up 6lbs of raw pork after I got them - they cut it like butter.

Great Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The block is bigger than I expected, but fits into the corner, under cabinets perfectly. The knives are sharp; I nicked my finger the first time using them because I was accustomed to dull knives--totally my fault. The self-sharpening seems to work well, but time will tell. The care instructions say to not put them in the dishwasher and I concur. I put one of the knives in the dishwasher and some oxidation occurred. If you want dishwasher-safe knives, then this set may not be right for you. Overall, this is a great knife set for the average home cook.
