Beautiful set

Pleasantly surprised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical about the quality of the set but was very surprised at how much I liked the look and feel of the knives. My friend is a professional chef and she loved them too. Well balanced. Extremely happy. Now comes the challenge of time.
I guess my only criticism was that the picture on the box did not exactly match the content. I have a feeling that a knife was switched out for a larger knife. The one in picture has all three knives in middle row with same size handles and straight across. The set itself has the middle knife larger than other two and drops lower. I thought it was wrong until I figured out it was meant to sit that way. Small discrepancy but it made me wonder

Just Awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't used them much yet but so far these knives are awesome! I've used them on chicken and for slicing & dicing vegetables, all cut with ease. Careful when unpacking because these knives are sharp. The built-in sharpeners will make sure these that they stay that way. You can't go wrong with purchasing this knife set.

Couldn’t be happier with you this Modernist 14 piece self-sharpening set. It has all the knives I was looking for, the handles fit comfortably in my hand, the block looks nice, and the self sharpening feature was a nice bonus! Purchased about a month ago and haven’t once wished I’d made a different choice. Quite the opposite- I smile every time I use them.
