Nice looking mid quality knife set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this set to replace our 10 year old Chicago Cutlery set and wanted to upgrade just a bit while not breaking the bank. The knives have a nice weight to them and I like the self sharpening block. I’ve only tested them briefly on an Apple and well, they cut! My only dislike is that I wish there were a couple more steak knives and that the slots for the steak knives had a protective sheath instead of sliding the knives straight into wood openings. Also, and this is really a minor issue but wanted to mention it, the little logo on the front of the block is a little crooked. Again not a deal breaker but my not so official OCD notices it every time I look at it. Time will tell how the knives actually hold up.

Great Knife Block Set

My second Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second set of Henkel Knives. I love them. Never had a problem. I have had people use them. And want to know where I got them. Then went out and bought a set. Also the. Warranty is great. Theyb stand by there products. I’ve never had a problem. But know some one had a slight problem. They immediately replaced the item. I will never have any other brand than J A Henkel in my home. Also I sold my first set to cover part of the cost for my new set. They were so happy even though the other was gently used.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received these and haven't even used them yet. I like the look of the set but I did expect the knives to be a little heavier. The block is a nice color and the top has a metal layer on it to protect the wood.

to me. These knives are hih quality sharp and handles are comfortable. Great design, matches our kitchen too.
