Sharp and handles well...

Amazing knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a set of all stainless knives before, just wanted to upgrade.
Amazing handles, super sharp knives. Only complaint I have is that one of the sharpening stones for the Santoku knife is missing. Reality is, I don't want to sent them back and wait again just because of that, so I'll deal with it but wont lose lose star from me over it. I have been cooking my entire life, and have had my eyes on these knives for awhile. Wife loves them to. That's what matters most.
