I think this is a great value set for the beginner/intermediate in the kitchen (me/my wife). Great selection of all the knives you will likely need.
Well made, sharp, dishwasher safe.
The only downside is that many of the blades have a sharp pointy end of the blade close to the bolster. If your finger gets out of place, you could get a nasty cut/puncture. Proof of a very sharp blade for the entire length.

These are the knives I’ve been waiting for! Not only does it feel great in your hand, it cuts with almost zero effort. I am so excited to explore what I can do with these knives. They are built to last for years to come and with the proper care will last a lifetime.

First high end knives, wish me luck

Very sharp, seem great quality, only just got them, block has a little split not major, other than that they seem great. A little flimsy on the longer small knives. But I know they aren’t forged. So that maybe why. Not a professional so don’t really need super high end, didn’t want to break the bank either.. but maybe should've spent the extra money on the next line up.. although I much prefer the handle on these..

I am very happy with this knife set. The knives are high quality, sharp, and durable. They are well balanced in the hand; they are not heavy, nor are they too light. These knives will last a long time, which is what I was looking for when I purchased this set.
