Great knives!

We had a prior Henckels set that lasted us over 10 years with a sharpening in-between. We were due for another sharpening and decided to upgrade and what what a great upgrade! Knives are sharp, comfortable and reasonably priced!

I have used this set for several weeks now. The incredible sharpness of the factory edge has required little to no maintenance thus far. A light stroke of the honing steel was needed for only one knife after a whole day prepping food for a large gathering. The overall ease of care is wonderful, and that I can simply wash and put away the knife how I want without worrying about whether I missed some tedious step is excellent. This is my first complete knife set, and I think this might be my last - which is why I bought Zwilling to begin with. I appreciate the steak knife slots which I have filled with my Opinel steak knife set.
