Bamboo + Pro line is right!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to use the 4star knife for 10years. Although it is still working very good I wanted a new type of knife. So I got the Pro line. What I really loved is that I could have a chance to cut with Pro and 4star chef knife to compare and choose. I choose the Pro line because the grip was better for me. I choose bamboo because it dries fast.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A big upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a nice set of mid-range Henckels knives but just received these as a gift. Amazingly sharp and well-balanced! Too early to comment on durability, but we are hoping they last many years!
