Just the right amount of knives!

Absolutely love this knife set. Chef's knife is a perfect fit in the hand, bread knife gets the job done, having both the utility knife and the pairing knife is a perfect 1-2 punch for handling the smaller items. I bought a set of 4 Zwilling pro steak knives to go along with this set. Outside of a maybe a breaker knife, there isn't much else that you need! Avoid those knife sets with 15 knives, you won't use em all!

Complete start set. It has all the knives someone needs to cook great meals. And these knives rock. They are part of the Pro line, one of Zwilling's best.
The steel that these knives are made of will hold up for a lifetime and the knife requires little maintenance, just weekly honing and, at most, and annual sharpening. Each knife has an angled bolster, a new design features that matches the grip of professional chef's. It keeps the thumb and forefinger in the correct position for maximum control. I like arc of this knife too; great for dicing, mincing, chiffonade and julienne.

This natural bamboo block is one of the most classic storage sets and contains the essential kitchen knives to start your Zwilling cutlery collection. The slanted slots allow for the curve bolstered knives to comfortably fit. The Pro handles are incredibly ergonomic and the aforementioned curved bolsters allow for optimum comfort and control with the pinch grip. The German steel is durable and will stay super sharp for a long time.

My four favorite knives in a bamboo block. Or the block of your choice. The angle of the block on each side, holds the curved bolster perfectly. Sharp, durable, comfortable! Excellent quality!

You have to put this knife in your hand to really understand the difference. The innovative bolster is extremely comfortable and provides the perfect spot for your thumb and index fingers. This will encourage the pro pinch grip! This is a hefty steel designed for the majority of your kitchen work. Sharp, durable and well balanced. The 7 pc set is all you need to get started. Fortunately, there is room to grow with this set.

This set includes, 8" chef knife for large cutting needs either meat or vegetables, 8" bread knife its serration is so sharp to cut through bagel and baguette, 5.5" prep knife is small chef knife for medium cutting needs, and 4" paring knife is a fruit knife or peeling knife. T

An overall great block set w/ bamboo wood - a very sustainable wood that grows back fast! The knives in this set are all used daily for the most part - paring & prep for your smaller jobs, bread & Chef for the larger tasks. You also get shears for your herbs and the honing steel to keep those edges sharp! Ice-hardened process for super-sharpness and durability!
