My wife had been complaining she needed better knives, so I surprised her with these. She’d seen (false) reviews that they “bended” and was hesitant at first. Now I hear almost everyday how much she loves them and how incredibly sharp they are. She’s so happy! She says they are the sharpest she’s ever owned! And I’m happy cause she’s happy… and she’s making more meals that require using a knife now ;)

The sleek setting block and th knife handles are exceptional. The edges are sharp, easy to clean, and slice through meat without much effort. Love the set and so happy to get this as a gift.
