Great Product | Customer for Life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this set about a month ago. The knives have an amazing build quality and I love that they are one solid piece of metal. They are razor sharp and have no discoloration. Really great product. This is my second set of Henckels' knives and I won't buy another brand.

Plastic grip on handle weak at rivet

I received a set as a reward from MC through our bank. The handle on the 7" Ginsu(?) broke at the 3rd Rivet from the end. Is this material either polyethelene or polypropylene? I intend on gluing it back together.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for reaching out and for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your Henckels Solution Santoku knife handle. This is definitely not the quality we expect from our products. For your safety and to ensure the proper handling of this issue, we strongly advise against attempting to glue the knife handle. Any repairs outside of a professional setting can compromise the knife's performance and food safety. For assistance with this matter, please email our customer service team at hello@henckels.com with further details. Our team will be able to provide the best solution to make this right for you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I’ve always wanted a set of Henckels and this set did not disappoint. They’re super sharp and look nice on my counter. I didn’t realize how bad my old set was until I got these. I highly recommend!!!
